In the afternoon of February 25, Xu Hongtao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Haishu District Committee and District Mayor of the Haishu District, conducted research on the "industrial reform" in the Dongqiao Town and the Yinjiang Town. Through field visits, visits to enterprises, and listening to reports, he learnt about the progress of the "industrial reform" in the two places and held meetings to listen to the local industrial land revitalization plans and tasks for the next step.

We need to break through bottlenecks, improve efficiency, strengthen result orientation, plan and promote in stages and in a timely manner based on the actual situation of each block and enterprise, and ensure that the improvement is effective and efficient. We need to implement precise policies and dynamic supervision, comprehensively investigate and conduct in-depth research on the current situation of enterprises in the area, increase efforts to replace "low, small and scattered" enterprises, promote the renovation and upgrading of old factories according to local conditions, vigorously carry out safety production rectification actions, and inject more endogenous power into the high-quality development of the entire industrial sector.
