Recently, the Ningbo Zhuoyu Drive Technology Co., Ltd., a leading domestic enterprise in robot core drive technology, officially signed a contract to settle in the Ouchi Future Smart Park located in the Gulin Town. As an innovative enterprise led by top university talents from such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Harbin Institute of Technology, focusing on the research and manufacturing of core driving components for robots, its establishment not only injects hard core technological genes into the park, but also reflects the vivid scene of the park's transformation from a traditional industrial zone to an innovation source.

Located only 500 meters away from the Ouchi Station on Metro Line 2, it is the "first card" that attracts enterprises to join the Ouchi Future Smart Park. It is reported that the Ouchi Future Smart Park is located in the core hinterland of Haishu, relying on a three-dimensional transportation network of "high-speed road, high-speed rail, subway, and airport" to build an efficient and collaborative industrial ecosystem.

"The advantage of this 'golden hub' can enhance our company's supply chain response efficiency," said the person in charge of the Zhuoyu Drive Technology. In addition to superior transportation conditions, abundant scientific research resources are also one of the reasons for their settlement.

"There are many scientific research institutes and universities around our park. We can reach high-level scientific research institutions such as the Ningbo Industrial Internet Research Institute, the Shanghai Jiaotong University Ningbo Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, and the Ningbo Intelligent Technology Research Institute, etc. within 15 minutes' time." The person in charge of the Ouchi Future Smart Park told reporters that in the future, it can provide talent support and cooperation opportunities for industries, education and researches.  

The former Ouchi Park was mainly composed of inefficient old factories, with an average tax revenue of less than 10,000 yuan per mu, and gathering traditional workshops such as hardware and injection molding. Nowadays, through the innovative transformation model of "selling with a plan + building village level assets", this approximately 31.34 mu of land has been transformed into a smart park with a total investment of about 300 million yuan. At present, 13 enterprises have settled in, including 2 high-tech enterprises, 6 large-scale enterprises, and 3 national (provincial) science and technology small enterprises.

For the next step, the park will continue to build a full chain ecosystem of "research and development + manufacturing + scene". The Haifa Holdings will also continue to deepen strategic cooperation with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, introduce high-quality enterprises such as the Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, and provide assistance in physical space and investment and financing, achieving the transformation of the park from an "industrial rust belt" to an "industrial showcase belt".
