In the afternoon of September 29, the Ningbo Digital Information Industry Union was awarded the plaque to establish the first "Ningbo Digital Craftsmen College's Training Base" in the entire district at the NBMADE, and at the same time, the "Haishu District Model Worker Craftsmen College" was established. More than 60 representatives from government departments, colleges and universities, enterprises and other parties participated in the activity.

"The construction of the Digital Craftsmen College's Training Base is aimed at deepening the reform of the construction of the Haishu industrial worker teams in the new era, focusing on the cultivation of advanced models and high-skilled talents of model workers and craftsmen, and building a platform for improving skills and technological innovation," said the relevant person in charge of the Haishu District Federation of Trade Unions. At the meeting, the Zhenhai District Federation of Trade Unions and the NBMADE jointly signed a strategic agreement on the cultivation of skilled workers, industrial technology transformation, and comprehensive enterprise services and so on.

The doctoral team of the NBMADE, some provincial and municipal model workers and engineers in the district were invited to attend the meeting, and 8 experts were hired as the first batch of mentors for the district model workers and Craftsmen College. Xiao Yong, Vice President of the NBMADE, conducted a themed sharing on "'1+1+N+X' Ecological Digital Intelligence 'Ningbo Paradigm'". The assistance of mentors will lay a solid foundation for the construction of the first "Ningbo Digital Craftsman College's Training Base" and the "Haishu District Model Worker Craftsman College" in the entire district.

The relevant person in charge of the Haishu District Federation of Trade Unions said that for the next step, our district will cooperate to explore the "order class" training mode of digital talent integration of production and education, and develop digital economy related courses and training as required, covering industrial robot debugging, PLC electrical programming, industrial internet specialty, etc., and actively cultivate and nurture high-skilled talents and digital craftsmen for the digital industry.
