On July 19, the patriotic health volunteer service activity, co-organized by the Haishu District Veterans Affairs Bureau, the Haishu District Civilization Promotion Office and the Gaoqiao Town, was launched in the Kangwang Park. 80 veteran volunteers onsite were divided into 4 teams to clean the sidewalk, try to persuade uncivilized traffic behaviors, and pick up garbage along river banks and so on, actively participating in the volunteer service activity themed “contribution from me for civilization development”.
