Recently, as part of the 34th National Tax Publicity Month campaign, the Haishu District tax authority partnered with the Yongshuiqiao Innovation Center to host a policy training titled "Tax Secrets Behind the Code", attracting about 70 software company representatives.

At the training, expert tax instructors detailed preferential policies for software firms, demonstrated tax calculation methods with real cases, outlined application procedures, and provided practical advices on avoiding common pitfalls.

"The explanations were crystal clear. We came with questions and left with answers. The compliance reminders will help us safely maximize policy benefits," said Ms. Zhu, CFO of Bluetron Digital Technology Co., Ltd..

A live Q&A session sparked vibrant discussions as attendees raised practical concerns, with tax officials providing instant solutions.

"We'll keep collaborating with the innovation hub to offer one-stop tax support from startup to IPO, energizing the local ecosystem," said a tax bureau representative.

As the "core engine" of the digital economy, the software industry is vital to national tech competitiveness. Housing over 100 high-tech firms, Yongshuiqiao serves as a key node in the city's "Digital Economy Corridor" with a full industrial eco-chain from R&D to transformation and application.

"We'll deepen tax collaboration to foster a better business environment and nurture more ‘unicorns’," said the person in charge of the innovation center.
