In the group, blind friends initiate online help, volunteers claim and answer questions online, and assist them through video connections, voice calls, and other means to check the picture verification code and online shopping item graphics on their phones, helping them remotely find household items placed in corners, medicine boxes that cannot be classified, etc.. As of now, more than 120 seemingly small but easily causing great inconvenience in daily life have been successfully solved through the WeChat group.
