The Haishu District Water Conservancy Bureau reminds all villages downstream of the reservoir to evacuate personnel and equipment from the flood discharge channel, arrange duty personnel to closely monitor water safety, and effectively ensure the flood discharge of the river during the reservoir discharging period.
