Due to the influence of the circulation of "Haikui", our district has been mainly experiencing shower weather recently, with more significant rainfall in the coming two days.

According to the relevant regulations and consultation opinions of the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention, and Drought Relief in the Haishu District, Ningbo City", the Haishu District Command for Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention, and Drought Relief has decided to launch a Typhoon Level IV Emergency Response at 10:30 on September 1, requiring all departments to closely monitor the development trend of the Typhoon "Haikui" and comprehensively prepare for fighting against the typhoon.
