In the sunshine of winter, the construction of the Yaofeng Neighborhood Center has been accelerated. At present, 90% of the municipal auxiliary projects and 93% of the outdoor decoration have been completed.

It is learnt that the Neighborhood Center is a commercial center in a residential area integrating commerce, culture, sports, health and education, with the main idea of being available by walking for 10 minutes without driving or taking a car. The Yaofeng Neighborhood Center Project was constructed by the Haishu Development Investment Co., Ltd.. The planned construction land area is 10,800 ㎡, and the total construction area 24,971.77 ㎡.
