After 7 months of dredging, recently, the dredging projects of 5 rivers, including the Xitang River, Huangjia River, Majia River, Shenjia River and Xinxing River, were successfully fulfilled, binging new images of clean water and green banks.

As is learnt, the dredging this time mainly adopted the combination of hydraulic machinery grasping and excavation. Due to site constraints, in some rivers, manual scouring and silting were adopted, making the total dredging volume of about 110,000 cubic meters. The project can effectively solve the problem of river siltation, give full play to the functions of river flood control, drainage, water supply and navigation, and improve the production conditions and living environment for citizens.
